The Policy regarding the processing and protection of personal data (hereinafter - "Policy") has been developed for the purpose of executing the functions of the personal data operator by Tianjin Free Trade Service Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company").

The purpose of the Policy is to protect the interests of Subjects and the Company.

Collection, processing and storage of personal data in the Company are based on the principles of ensuring the protection of human rights and freedoms, including the protection of the right to privacy.

Conditions for processing personal data:

  • processing is allowed only in compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Belarus;
  • the Company is obliged to obtain the consent of Subjects for the processing of personal data;
  • transfer of personal data to third parties is carried out on the basis of an agreement;
  • third parties are obliged to comply with personal data security requirements.

Subject's Rights:

  • right to access personal data;
  • right to correct or delete them;
  • right to demand cessation of their processing.

Company's Obligations:

  • ensuring the protection of personal data;
  • development and application of regulatory documents for data processing;
  • conducting internal control of personal data processing;
  • organizing data protection from unauthorized access.

Final Provisions: The Policy is an internal document of the Company. The Company reserves the right to make changes to the Policy and post an updated version on the website fluxcars.com/. Subjects independently track changes.

In case any provision of the Policy is declared invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.
